Shipping policy

We work hard to make sure your GenFX order reaches you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This policy explains how our shipping process works.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all governorates of Egypt. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the time the order is placed and confirmed.
  • Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Cairo & Giza: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Alexandria & Delta governorates: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Upper Egypt & remote areas: 5 to 7 business days.
These are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, public holidays, or unexpected events outside our control.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and the weight of the order. The exact shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain amount. The threshold and details will be displayed on our website during applicable promotions.

5. Payment Options

We offer multiple payment options at checkout:
  • Credit / Debit card.
  • Mobile wallet (e.g., Vodafone Cash, InstaPay).
  • Cash on delivery (where available).

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your order details and tracking information (where available). You can also contact our customer care team for updates.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided. If the courier cannot reach you, they will try again or contact you to reschedule. Please make sure your phone number and address are accurate to avoid delays.
If a delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse and you will be contacted to arrange next steps.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you accept the parcel and discover damage afterwards, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours with photos of the package and product. For lost parcels, please reach out so we can investigate with the courier and arrange a resolution.

10. International Shipping

At this time, we ship within Egypt only. International shipping options will be announced on our website if and when they become available.
